Shipping & Handling Disclaimer Please note that wigs may take up to 4 weeks for delivery, and up to 6 weeks for custom orders, depending on the complexity of the customization. You will receive updates regarding the status and tracking of your order as it progresses. All shipments will require a signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt. Standard shipping does not include additional insurance coverage. We ship using Canada post. If you wish to add EXTRA insurance for your order, please email us prior to shipping to arrange for the additional payment. Once an item has been shipped and tracking has been provided, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage during transit. Thank you for understanding and supporting handcrafted luxury.

Warranty & Final Sale Policy All wigs are final sale. No refunds or exchanges will be provided once the wig is in your care and/or the lace has been cut.

Each wig comes with a 1-month limited warranty against manufacturer defects only. If you believe there is a manufacturer issue, the wig must be returned for inspection and testing to determine whether the concern is due to a manufacturing defect or another cause. If it is confirmed to be a manufacturer defect, we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you. (Exchanges can vary as long as the wig is in the same condition as received and unworn)

Please note:

• Warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, coloring, chemical processing, heat damage, or incorrect care.

• Wigs must be cared for according to our official Aftercare Instructions to maintain their quality and longevity.

• With proper care, wigs can last from 1 year to 3+ years. However, like hair extensions, daily wear may cause the wig to naturally shorten over time and shed some hair.
